This is the final week of the project. So me and Brayden went for our final maxes. Brayden got 205lbs and I pushed up 225lbs.

For Week 10 me and nathaniel went and worked out together in weight training and did back and biceps but we did bench press just to still try to increase out max more. We started off with back and did rows for sets of of 3x15 once we finsihed with that we moved to deadlifts for a little bit once we finshed with that we did cable flys.5/10/2023 0 Comments Week 9For week 9 we went to 365 together and hit biceps and chest. We started off with bench press we did normal bench press for 3 sets of 12 on medium weight. once we finished with that we went to incline bench press for 4x8 of heavy weights. Then we moved on to chest press and incline chest press each for 4x8 on slightly heavy weights. Once we finished that we moved on to biceps and did spider curls for sets of 15. Once we finished with that we finished up our workout with burn outs
4/26/2023 0 Comments Week 11This week me and Brayden went for a rest week, getting ready for next week to do our final maxes. All we did was stretch and get loose so we don't get injured since our body needs the rest.
4/19/2023 0 Comments Week 8For week 8 me and Nathaniel went to the gym and both went to weight training and worked out together. We both did chest and back together we both did incline chest press for 3x15 on lower weights. Then we switched over to heavy weights for 4x6. Once we finshed with that we went to normal chest press and did sets of 3x8 on heavy weights.then we moved on and did bench press we started off heavy weights and did 4x6 for set. Once we finished with that we moved on over to shoulders then back. We started with lateral raises for sets of 4x12 then moved on to lower heavy wieghts for sets of 3x7. Then moved on over to rows for a bunch of sets for lower weights then ended it there.
Me and Brayden Over spring break did not work out that much but we did do a little. I went and ran a couple miles over spring break. Then me and him went to gym 365 and worked out together. We both did the same workout over the break we did legs first then we moved on over to back and chest. We started off doing a bunch of leg workout such as leg press then moved on over to squats for 3x12 then calf raises for 3x20 then step ups and etc. Once we finished we went to chest and did bench press for sets of 5x8 of heavier weights and then did chest press for sets of 4x15 for lower weights. Once we finished with a few chest workouts we went to back. We did lat pull downs, suspension rows and then back extensions for 4x12
3/31/2023 0 Comments Week 6For this week of working out we both did chest like normally to get the bench up after that we moved to back. We did bench press like normal for sets of 4x12 then proceeded over to cable chest fly's for sets of 3x20. When we finished we moved on to incline on the bench press for our final chest workout. Then we moved to back this day. We did lat pull down for sets of 3x15 once we finished to this we moved to barbell bent over rows for sets of 4x8 then did normal inverted rows. After we finished this we went over to pulls till failure .3/29/2023 0 Comments Week 5For this week of me and Nathaniel working out we did the same workout together.We both started off with stretches to warm up then we did chest back and shoulders together. After we stretched we started off with sets of 4x12 for bench press to try and just work are way up. After we finished with that we worked our way over to chest press for sets of 3x15 once we was done with that we went over to shoulders. We started with shoulder press for sets of 5x8. Once we was done with that we did standing barbell rows for sets of 3x123/22/2023 0 Comments week 4I did not do to much this week because of work but I did get a little bit of a work out in. I just did incline bench and decline bench I did those two workouts for 5 sets of 8 with a little bit of stretching at the end. Brayden didn't do much this week ethier he was sick most of it but he did a few sets of bench and curls just to try and keep working out to get the max up.
3/22/2023 0 Comments week 2Me and brayden have done two different workouts I did a little bit of bench press and a bunch of curls hammer and Arnold curls. Brayden did Spider curls and barbel curls, After that he hit a set of 145 for 10 on bench press to try and build his chest better. Then he did over head triceps extensions for 3 sets of 30 after that he goes on to do more chest work outs to help build a better pr for chest.
