3/31/2023 0 Comments Week 6For this week of working out we both did chest like normally to get the bench up after that we moved to back. We did bench press like normal for sets of 4x12 then proceeded over to cable chest fly's for sets of 3x20. When we finished we moved on to incline on the bench press for our final chest workout. Then we moved to back this day. We did lat pull down for sets of 3x15 once we finished to this we moved to barbell bent over rows for sets of 4x8 then did normal inverted rows. After we finished this we went over to pulls till failure .
