5/10/2023 0 Comments Week 9For week 9 we went to 365 together and hit biceps and chest. We started off with bench press we did normal bench press for 3 sets of 12 on medium weight. once we finished with that we went to incline bench press for 4x8 of heavy weights. Then we moved on to chest press and incline chest press each for 4x8 on slightly heavy weights. Once we finished that we moved on to biceps and did spider curls for sets of 15. Once we finished with that we finished up our workout with burn outs
