3/29/2023 0 Comments Week 5For this week of me and Nathaniel working out we did the same workout together.We both started off with stretches to warm up then we did chest back and shoulders together. After we stretched we started off with sets of 4x12 for bench press to try and just work are way up. After we finished with that we worked our way over to chest press for sets of 3x15 once we was done with that we went over to shoulders. We started with shoulder press for sets of 5x8. Once we was done with that we did standing barbell rows for sets of 3x12
