Me and Brayden went to go bench press to find our max this week. After out warm up sets we then went for 175lbs we both struggled with the weight but we got it up and decided to go up 5lbs to 180lbs. We failed that weight so our starting max will be 175lbs. so the next few weeks we will be working out on our own to see who is stronger by the end up the project. Here is the video of us maxing out.

This week me and Brayden tried 180 and got it up but we were too tired to go again we are going to keep going up every other week and see how much we can get to by the end of the 12 weeks
